Jose Maldonado
Director of Safety & Quality, RLS Logistics

Jose Maldonado has more than 18 years in Safety, Quality, and Lean with experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, and supply chain industries at companies like Procter and Gamble, Amgen, Simmons Foods, and RLS Logistics. Jose earned his Bachelor in Natural Science from the University of Puerto Rico in Cayey and, a Master’s in Science of Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. Jose also holds the status of an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer. As a professional that applies critical analysis, process improvement, and leadership strategies, Jose has applied his knowledge to help cause positive change toward workplace and food safety.

Account Manager, Intertek Alchemy

Sonja has over 30 years of experience in management, training, technology and customer success. She has been with Alchemy for two and half years as an Account Manager, insuring food manufacturers and processors have the training and compliance knowledge needed to be successful. Outside of Alchemy, Sonja enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and having some outdoor fun at the various lakes throughout Central Texas.
