AUSTIN, Texas
Alchemy Systems today announced it was selected as a 2016 Silver Communicator Award winner in conjunction with its client, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), for an employee communications campaign for workplace safety. The Communicator Awards are the leading international awards program recognizing excellence in marketing and communications, organized by the Academy for Interactive & Visual Arts.
“Winning in 2015 was a thrill, and to be recognized once again with the LCBO reinforces our creativity in this industry,” said Scott Martin, creative vice president at Alchemy Systems. “As the global workforce grows and changes, we find that ingenuity is key to reaching those audiences in a meaningful way.”
Alchemy and LCBO earned an Award of Distinction in the employee communications category for a workplace safety campaign.
“We’re very proud of the work we do to make the LCBO a safer place for our employees and customers,” added Alkarim Kanji, LCBO manager of corporate safety services. “We communicate a broad range of health, safety and wellness topics to our employees each year, and to be recognized in this way is fantastic.”
“Providing imaginative ways to engage employees with the latest safety information is crucial,” said Martin. “Creating a fully engaging safety culture is significantly more likely to protect both employees and customers.”
